"REASONABLE COMPENSATION" HB 1607

HB 1607 Public Hearing January 14, 2010 by the House Ways & Means Committee and went from 9:00am-4:00pm (with a two hour break in between)

The bill which was posted on the General Court's website General Court's website was rewritten Tuesday afternoon and released for public consumption at 9:15am 1/14/10. Read the REVISED HB 1607 complete with the communications between DRA and committee chair Rep. Susan Almy (D-Lebanon).

The bill is now headed for a sub-committee for refining and their next meeting is January 22, 2010 9:30am in Room 202 of the LOB. This is open to the public and "it's the choice of the chair" to take public input.
